Power of attorney

During the verification of powers of attorney, the identity and signature of the trustee are also checked, as well as the ability to act. In this regard, in order to formalize the power of attorney, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan must personally come to the consular department of the Embassy and submit the following documents (citizens are requested to contact the consular department and schedule an appointment).

The following documents must be submitted to issue a power of attorney:

Citizen's application (can be drawn up at the Embassy);
Citizen passport of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
A copy of a document or visa confirming the right to permanent or temporary residence in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, where the embassy is accredited;
Copy of the identity card of the trusted person;
Bank receipt confirming the payment of the state fee.
A government fee of USD 20 is paid to the Embassy's bank account at any "Banco Santander Rio" branch in Argentina:

Verification of signature authenticity

Confirmation of translation

The following documents must be submitted to the Embassy for the translation confirmation operation:

Citizen's application (can be drawn up at the Embassy);
The original of the document to be translated;
A copy of the citizen's passport;
Bank receipt confirming the payment of the state fee.
